Quelque Chose Pâtisserie specializes in French macarons made with premium ingredients to give our customers an exclusive high-end product. It was founded in 2013 by David Seba and Julia Dahdah. In the year 2015, the company opened its first location in the Quartier Vanier, which still remains open and is our main production centre.
By the year 2017, the company was pleased to open two new shops across Ottawa, one in the Westboro Village and another in the Byward Market.
Quelque Chose offers a selection of over 20 different French macaron flavours, from signatures to seasonals.
Our main chefs, the Dahdah sisters, have always been passionate about pastry, so they had made their hobby their own profession.
Julia Dahdah, on the left, went to Paris to learn from the best macaron's maîtres at L'École Grégoire-Ferrandi, then enhanced her experience by working at Pierre Herme’s pastry shop.
Michelle Dahdah, on the right, studied at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, and has worked in well-known restaurants in two cosmopolitan cities and shares her passion about macarons with Julia.
