Shipping Policy

Quelque Chose Patisserie Inc. ships products using Canada Post and FedEx as our third party shipping carriers. 

Macarons and other perishables items are sent using overnight or two-day service in a cool shield bubble mailer with single-use cold packs to ensure freshness during transit.

All orders ship from Monday to Wednesdays.

Macarons should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5 days.

RETURNS:

Due to the perishable nature of the products, Quelque Chose does not accept returns.
