MACARON WORKSHOP DECEMBER 2ND. VANIER LOCATION
Learn how to make perfectly round, smooth French macarons under the guidance of one of our Pastry Chefs. Participants will also learn how to make fillings that include classic ganaches.
Demonstration class followed by hands-on baking class. Participants will be working in pairs to create their own macarons.
We will provide all ingredients, recipes and materials. Participants take home the macarons made in class to enjoy and share with family and friends (approximately 18 per participant).
Tasting samples and refreshments will be provided.
Duration: 2.5 hours

Aprons are offered.
Session will be cancelled with full refund if not fully booked.
A full refund will be given if requested 6 days prior to the scheduled class date.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
